Exercise Formats
Exercise should be fun and engaging to your mind and body. Read more about the different types of exercise formats we offer below.
ALL classes are appropriate for ALL bodies and fitness levels with easy modifications to increase the intensity or adapt moves to your body.
Feminist Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming is a full-body workout that combines drumming, rhythm, and music to exercise your cardiovascular system.
Offered in both short (20-30 minutes)and full-length formats (50-60 minutes) live and through On-Demand. There are quick breaks between songs so you can grab a some water and catch your breath. As a cardio focused exercise, you will be moving your body the whole song, following along with the moves and drum beats.




Strength Training
Strength Training classes focus on muscular endurance and strength. Classes use a variety of equipment from bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc.
We offer live and On-Demand strength draining classes.


Flexibility & Stretching
In our Flexibility & Stretching classes we focus on alignment, lengthening muscles, and gentle increases in range of motion. We draw on a variety of modalities including yoga poses, Pilates moves. Generally there is no equipment needed, but a mat is nice to have. Yoga blocks, straps, etc. are handy, but not required.
Flexibility & Stretching focused videos are available in short format (under 30 minutes) through On Demand.
